Delete your account

A clear path to permanently delete a CrickSync identity and user-controlled cloud profile.

Fastest method: inside the app

  1. Open CrickSync and select My Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and verify with mobile OTP, the connected Google account or the account password.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion.

Cannot access the app?

Email a deletion request to CrickSync support. Include the words “Delete my CrickSync account” and the mobile number or email connected to the account. Do not send an OTP, password, stream key or purchase token. Support will require safe account-ownership verification before deletion.

What is deleted

  • Firebase Authentication identity
  • CrickSync profile, verified mobile number and device records
  • User-controlled account preferences
  • Stored YouTube authorization held by the app

What may be retained

Verified Google Play transaction references, entitlement history and security or anti-fraud records may be retained where required to prevent purchase-token reuse, resolve disputes, comply with law or protect the service. Google Play purchases are managed by Google and are not automatically refunded by deleting a CrickSync account.

Support may ask you to verify ownership before processing a web request. A valid request will be handled as soon as reasonably possible.
